Reminiscent of tropical Caribbean waters, crystal blue skies, and white sandy beaches, the Aruba pattern encaustic combines design with colour to create a contemporary feel. Used in the nineteenth century to decorate the floors of palaces in St Petersburg, and grand hallways from Paris to Saigon, today the encaustic tile can be found in chic bars, restaurants, and adding colour to residential homes in London, Paris and New York.
