Catching up on London Design Week21 May 2021
London Design Week brings together masters of design, creating an unmissable conversation between exhibitors and visitors in the most inspiring and influential ways. This year, things were naturally slightly different, with world-renowned speakers and industry professionals taking to digital platforms to host a virtual programme of engaging talks, masterclasses and collection insights, from Sunday 16th May to Friday 21st May.
You may have seen Andrew Martin and Sophie Paterson, in their Cushions By Design talk, or even the Spotlight Series : A Haven For Artists, with guest speaker Peter Gomez, lead designer at Zoffany. With over 60 free events to choose from, there was certainly plenty of opportunity to get top level insights.
This year, we invited you to join us on Thursday 20th May, for a virtual presentation hosted by Country and Town House Interiors Editor, Carole Annett, as she hosted a panel with experts from Artisans of Devizes and the National Trust. The digital event explored the wonderful inspiration behind the new National Trust Tile Collection by Sarsen Stone Group, how the collaboration came to be, and an introductory view into the collection.
