Introducing the National Trust Tile Collection by Sarsen Stone Group13 April 2021
The National Trust Tile Collection by Sarsen Stone Group is inspired by the properties, gardens, coastlines and countryside that are cared for by the National Trust. From arboretums and abbeys to great galls and the ever-changing flora of the breath-taking gardens and landscapes surrounding them.
By taking a closer look at the detail of the stonework and decorative tiles within many of the properties, we have created an authentic and inspiring collection of classic and contemporary tiles for walls and floors, available to purchase at Artisans of Devizes. With each and every tile, you’ll step onto one of the National Trust’s historic houses or be transported to the scenery that surrounds it.
Take the Dyrham Dairy collection, inspired by the original delft tiles found in the dairy at Gloucestershire’s Dyrham Park or the Woodland Glade range, which evokes the feeling of a Saturday afternoon stroll through Winkworth Arboretum in Surrey.
From Brewhouse, a hardwearing porcelain tile with an aged terracotta feel, to Cotehele, a versatile porcelain product that takes on a classic or contemporary look, there is something in this collection for every style of interior. Or if natural stone is more your thing, discover Lacock, reminiscent of the beautiful limestone flooring found in the cloisters at Lacock Abbey in Wiltshire.
A tile from the National Trust collection is an investment in our heritage in more ways than one. A minimum of £10,000 from sales of this collection will help the National Trust continue to care for nature, beauty and history for everyone, forever.
