The Project
IMD Associates commissioned Artisans of Devizes to supply both internal and external stone flooring. The client wanted a characterful stone flooring with added grip.
Artisans provided 400 square metres of Trusloe limestone with a seasoned finish. With Trusloe limestone, we smooth off the slight natural undulations and then add a seasoned layer to give the stone that time-worn look. The extra-seasoned layer adds additional grip to the stone, making it perfect for high-traffic footfall areas.
Outside, for the patio dining area, we supplied 120 square metres of Grafton limestone in a seasoned finish. Like Trusloe, Grafton is a stone which is full of character. The cool grey stone is very tough and frost-resistant.
