Offering the ultimate in project coordination, this comprehensive service ensures a hands-on experience where a dedicated and proactive project consultant will take care of the order from start to finish. ‘Our job is to take the complexity out of custom stonework. From the first sketch to final installation, we’re hands-on at every stage to make sure it all runs like clockwork,’ explains Gordon Fleck, Senior Project Consultant.
Our committed approach takes care of every detail. Not only do we offer Continuing Professional Developments (CPDs) and lunch and learns so that clients can be equipped with in-depth information because we are passionate about sharing our expert knowledge, but we also offer specific practical help.
Our customer service is second to none, and we are happy to call on clients and make on-site visits to provide support. From topping up sample libraries to putting product and project presentations together, undertaking CAD drawings and renders, and producing tile layouts and schematic drawings to create completely bespoke flooring designs, we are always ready and willing to assist.
Interior designers, architects and developers can come to us with one-off projects and describe an outline of what they require. We will then work with them to guarantee they make the right decisions about the materials for the space that are practical, create a beautiful aesthetic, and are long-lasting.
As part of our bespoke service, where our specialist team of designers and masons fabricate everything from tailor-made stone staircases to made-to-measure stone shower trays and work surfaces in-house at our Wiltshire workshop, we work in partnership with interior designers, architects and developers to ensure that we are providing beautiful and unique materials that will set each project apart. We can source exquisite stones from local quarries or more exotic specific options from countries all around the world. Nothing is too much trouble.
