Bespoke Studio Administrator
About the role
This new role provides an exciting opportunity to expand into the Bespoke Studio department with full training provided. The Administrator will support critical areas within the department, assisting in slab sourcing, managing samples and handling administrative responsibilities to streamline project needs. By enhancing coordination between the studio, workshop and site teams, this role offers the postholder a chance to develop new skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment while alleviating workload for the purchasing and project teams.

Showroom Manager, Devizes
About the role
Engaging and working with key Interior Designers (who may be new or existing customers) to identify projects, develop specifications and provide samples and technical information and best advice, to assist our clients in choosing and specifying the right materials for their project then handing the warm
leads to the sales team.
With the majority of footfall coming from Interior Designers, and a large percentage also coming from high net worth end users, it requires you to be able to develop memorable relationships with both types of clients.

Procurement Executive
About the role
Handling all shipping-related requirements (ie. customs, dates, etc), monitoring and reporting stock levels, maintaining key product information and assisting in product procurement. Working alongside and splitting the workload with the existing administrators.

Project Executive
About the role
Represent the brand through providing a second-to-none customer experience. Work closely with the Project Consultants to ensure customers receive a timely, professional and seamless service from point of initial interest through to arrival of goods and aftercare. This is a crucial role in ensuring quality is upheld throughout the customer journey. Specifically responsible for providing high quality accurate, and timely estimations and calculations, project tracking, updating the HubSpot timeline, managing and updating orders and quote revisions.
